Terms and conditions

This English translation is provided for convenience only. In the event of any discrepancy or ambiguity, the German version shall prevail.

1. Scope

These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between dataloft GmbH, Rietweg 1, 8506 Lanzenneunforn, Switzerland (hereinafter “Operator”) and the customer (hereinafter “Customer”) regarding paid services of the rundum.dog platform. Conflicting or deviating terms of the Customer are not recognised.

2. Services

The Operator offers the following platform services:

• “Geprüft” listing (verified, level 3), an editorially verified service provider listing with a verification record, profile badge and preferred display in the results list (without paid ranking logic). Term 12 months.
• Premium features, extended profile fields, gallery, booking link and external contact form for listings in the categories accommodation, gastronomy and product. Term 12 months.

3. Conclusion of contract

The contract is concluded when the order is confirmed via the platform or by invoice. The Operator confirms receipt by email. This confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance. Acceptance takes place when the ordered service is activated or separately in writing.

4. Prices and payment

Current prices are shown on the platform. Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) or euros (EUR), plus statutory value added tax. Payment is made in advance by bank transfer or via Payrexx. Default in payment is governed by the statutory provisions.

5. Obligations of the Customer

The Customer warrants that the data submitted is correct, up to date and complete, does not infringe the rights of third parties and does not violate applicable law. In case of suspected incorrect information, the Operator may block the listing and revoke the verification.

6. “Geprüft” verification

Verification covers the review of proof of qualifications, insurance, business registration and, depending on the category, further documents. The review does not constitute legal advice or a guarantee of the quality of the Customer’s services. The Operator reserves the right to suspend or withdraw the verification status in the event of justified suspicion of false information or repeated justified complaints.

Customer reviews are independent, free user content and not part of the paid services. A paid or verified listing does not create any claim to positive reviews or to the removal of factual, lawful reviews. The terms of use govern.

7. Term and termination

The minimum term of paid services is 12 months from activation. The term is automatically extended by a further 12 months unless terminated in writing at least 30 days before expiry. The right to terminate for good cause without notice remains unaffected.

8. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy.

9. Liability

The Operator is liable only in cases of intent or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory liability provisions (in particular product liability law) remain unaffected. The Operator is not liable for indirect damage, lost profit or consequential damage, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Final provisions

Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the Operator (dataloft GmbH, Lanzenneunforn). Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
